Maintenance worker needed for busy, high end apartment community. In this position you will be the assistant to the property superintendent. This is entry level and you will be learning the trade of apartment maintenance, which includes painting, carpentry, some plumbing, cleaning turns and common areas when needed, appliance repair, etc. Any carpentry, hvac, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, or landscaping experience a plus but not required. We are willing to accept full or part time applicants. For full time employees the company offers excellent health insurance, 401k after the 1st year, and paid vacation time. We are a small, family owned property management company and developer.
