They are seeking entrepreneurs to recruit and run networks of contractors to provide property inspection services (exterior and interior) for REO and insurance inspections. This is a 1099 position. You must be good at using computer applications. You must be smart, organized, hardworking, and comfortable owning and running your own business. This position requires strong multitasking, problem solving and leadership skills. You must be a hard worker, willing to hustle to build, motivate and maintain your sub-contractor network. Our client will provide you with training, training materials and a steady flow of work orders. As you show success additional geographic territories can and will be assigned to you. This is a 1099 opportunity, and some travel may be necessary. There are very limited start-up costs required but you must provide all your own back-office administration.
