Listen, learn, and engage with Mary, a passionate biochemist, ancient foods expert and wellness mentor. Mary’s health recovery started in 2007 by claiming her sovereignty on the path to health recovery after being knocked out of this orbit with “incurable” illness and disease. Mary’s total wellness gained has large roots in a sovereign mindset & in ancient food preparation methods, which Mary teaches about privately and in workshops. Mary’s mission is to spread the message of health recovery and to create a world we love and our kids deserve and will love even more. We will be exploring the creativity and science behind fermentation through the preparation of two quarts fermented salsa, two quarts Kim Chi, and one pint of fermented jalapeño rings. Salt, herbs, and booklet with fermenting basics will be provided. Bring your own jars and food to ferment (pre-washed at home is preferred).
