Are you interested in purchasing your very first home but don't know where to start? Or are you a home-buyer who wants to purchase a home but don't have enough funds to cover the down payment and closing costs? If so, the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) has created a program just for you. The first step to qualify is to attend a FREE home-buyer seminar. My colleague and I invite you to join our in-person class to learn about the loan programs as well as the whole process of purchasing a home, and answer any questions you may have. If more then one person will be on the loan, make sure everyone is in attendance (i.e. if a husband and wife are co-applying for a loan with the down payment assistance, both need to attend the class) This is an interactive class, so questions are welcome At the end of the class you will receive a certificate of completion!
