This is a unique opportunity to be part of the early team at Thistle’s brand new East Coast facility, located in Burlington, NJ, responsible for launching and growing Thistle East operations to bring delicious, plant-forward, and planet-friendly meals to customers on the East Coast. Open Roles: Production Supervisor - APPLY HERE: Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating a shift in the Production Department to manufacture quality products for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a roll-up your sleeves approach, has a positive attitude and works to empower and motivate their team, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Production Lead - APPLY HERE: Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Lead is responsible for leading a team consisting of Production Associates on the production floor. Production Leads ensure the production function is performed satisfactorily on the Production Line which includes plating and packaging meals, snacks, and beverages. Production Associate - APPLY HERE: We are looking for professional, talented, and driven people to join our Production team to plate and pack our ready-to-eat meals and products into customer bags or boxes for delivery.
