Description
Be Well is a College of Arts & Sciences initiative based on the belief that members of our community are our most valuable asset. We aim to bring the Be Well eight dimensions of wellness to life by encouraging behaviors that generate wellness for students, employees and community members in a fun, inclusive and accessible way. Be Well promotes the benefits associated with college life by drawing upon research and expertise of our CU faculty and also amplifying the range of wellness resources campus has to offer.
The Let’s CU Well speaker series allows researchers and practitioners to interpret the eight dimensions of wellness from their perspective, thus articulating the value of a liberal arts education through the lens of wellness and overall health.

• Why: Support a culture of care in the College of Arts and Sciences (and beyond!), with wellness research and applied work.
