Description
Hey Birdie is honored to collaborate with Keri Bergeron + Tyler Traficanti in bringing you this early morning Autumn Equinox gathering. Join us during this meaningful + transitional time of year to honor the harvest; whether the literal harvest of your garden or the harvest of your efforts and intentions set earlier in the year. Let us hold the space to embrace the change in pace, the opportunity to reflect and allow a deep exhale in to Fall. Fall, as exemplified so perfectly by Mother Nature, is a time for letting go, shedding, and turning our attention and energies inward. When we follow her example during this time, we can truly restore and conserve our energies, so that we have some richness to draw on when the season for germination and creativity arrives once again. May we gather and follow the lead of the leaves and let go. Throughout this experience, you will bathe in the sound + vibration of the Gong inviting your body and mind to relax + release + renew. Enjoy a slow flow Yoga practice with some closed-eye segments to seek out your roots, long releases with reflective forward folds, and some pranayama + guided meditation. Hey Birdie will close the gathering with prompts for self-reflection and love for yourself + your community. WHAT TO BRING: Yourself ON TIME ;) Please bring a mat, blanket and water bottle. This event is rain or shine. ABOUT YOUR GUIDES: Keri initially fell in love with the physical practice of yoga as a natural adjunct to her extensive study of the body in physical therapy school. Since then, she has sought master teachers like Darren Rhodes, Christina Sell, Andrei Ram, Annie Carpenter, and Jason Crandell. These teachers, along with dear friends and deep inquiry have helped her to access her heart, her inner strength and softness. Tyler was first introduced to the Gong during her Kundalini Yoga teacher training in 2012. Yoga, meditation and sound healing are some of the tools she uses in her daily life to help her slow down and to be in the present moment. During Covid, she opened her home/yard to weekly meditation and gong sessions. She hopes to inspire others to recognize the light within themselves and to be a light in their world. Tyler is a yoga instructor, meditation enthusiast and instructor, sound bath facilitator, an interior designer and a mother. Heather and Jess created Hey Birdie to hold space for curious women that are ready and willing to commit to living out their fullest potential in life through connection, compassion and courage. They host unique experiences + programming that illuminate the the beauty of connection and power + potential within yourself.
