Worcester Vegan Trunk or Treat Oct 26, 2022: 6~8pm at Nu Kitchen 335 Chandler Street Worcester, MA Presented by New England VegFestThis spooktacular event is an all VEGAN family-friendly alternative to traditional trick-or-treating! Costumed ghouls trick or treat at decorated car trunks! All are welcome to decorate their trunk, wear costumes, pass out vegan treats, and visit our VegFest table & parked vehicles for treats. ----------------------------------------------- ALL TREATS DISTRIBUTED MUST BE VEGAN. Carefully review to avoid animal products such as meat, dairy, eggs, honey, whey, beeswax, pollen, carmine / cochineal, shellac, confectioners glaze, gelatin, etc. You may pass out non-food items also, ie: stickers, pencils, toys, etc. *It is up to attendees to inspect treats before consumption for non-compliant ingredients and/or allergens / undesired ingredients. PARTICIPATION: RSVP via Eventbrite so we can estimate attendance. Arrive at 6pm if you are setting up a trunk. Treating will begin at approx 7pm (or when most attendees are ready). Please wait for vehicles to set up before collecting. NU Kitchen will be open for dining for all attendees, including those who simply want to enjoy the vegan options and not trick or treat. There are bathrooms. Parking lot is lit, but we recommend bringing a flashlight / glow sticks. PRIZES awarded for best costume & best trunk! To enter, follow us on Instagram @nevegfest. Take a photo of your trunk and/or costume during the event, and send it via DM to our Instagram @nevegfest within 24 hours of the event. Alternatively, email your photo entry to us at [email protected]. Make sure to include your full name, a name or description of your costume/trunk, and your email address. We will announce the winners via Instagram stories and DM/Email the winners. Group / couples costumes count as 1 entry.
