Create a Beaded Wall Hanging at Downs Farm Preserve!

Join Group for the East End as we host Artfully Long Island (formerly Naturally Curious Children)on Sunday, September 25th at 11 a.m. at Downs Farm Preserve to create a beaded wall hanging. We'll be using a big collection of second hand and thrifted beads and wire along with a stick that you'll collect on the property at Downs Farm Preserve. Take a quick walk or hike to find the perfect stick for your wall hanging, then choose the beads and other decorative items to get started. Set up on a blanket anywhere you'd like or work at one of the picnic tables. Ages 4-13 would love this project but we always invited any age to join with varying levels of adult assistance.
