looking for an apartment maintenance technician to be responsible for the overall maintenance needs of the complex. Ensuring the property standards are met and consistent with housing and urban development, low income and tax credit requirements. Technician is responsible for work order enforcement, maintenance and supplies inventory, asset inventory and risk management. Problem solving, customer service, team work and project management are necessary skills for this position.
