Housekeeper and all around helper

I am seeking a part time housekeeper/helper for Wednesdays. Right now every other Wednesday for probably 3 hours. May work into every Wednesday. Need someone to clean the house 3 BR, 2 BA about 2400 Sq ft. Help clean out and organize cupboards. Load things into car to take to Goodwill or other donations. Clean out refrigerator. Intermittently shampoo carpets ( I have machine). Etc......
