Leslie Becker is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 30 years, practicing Humanistic/Experiential Therapy with individuals, couples, families and groups. She specializes in bringing your Mind, Body and Spirit back into balance and harmony. Ask Leslie about her practice of using sound to heal hearts and trees!
What is sound healing?
Sound healing uses vibrations through vocal or instrumental-like gongs, singing bowls and tuning forks to release stress from your mind and body.
What to expect
1:00 – 1:30 pm: Getting Settled & Introductions
1:30 – 3:00 pm: Sound healing in the forest, facilitated by Leslie Becker
3:00 – 3:30 pm: Forest bathing + Q&A. Embark on a guided nature walk with our Forest Guides to explore the forest, how we protect it, and learn about memorial trees.
Grief can be isolating, but it doesn’t have to be. Bring loved ones to share the forest with. Each in-person registration is for one vehicle parking space (up to 4 people).
