ISBE Career Connections: Building Community before the IACTE Annual Conference Join the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) and Career ConneCTEd Illinois for a day of networking and collaboration between Illinois CTE educators and state administrators before we all attend the annual IACTE conference. The ISBE Career Connections: Building Community Before the IACTE Annual Conference is aimed at promoting effective CTE instructional practices and increasing equity by improving access for students to CTE classes and programs. In addition to the daytime sessions and activities, we’ll also be hosting a separate evening event with dinner and a keynote that guests are invited to attend.
