Office Building in Sunnyvale seeks a part time Facilities Custodian to work our night shift. Responsibilities: • Clean (4) Bathrooms; clean toilets, sinks, & mirrors, mop floors, refill paper supplies • Dry mop common area hallways • Mop the lobby • Vacuum carpeted ares • Power wash front entryway • Walk the parking lot for trash • Sweep out trash enclosure • Ensure exterior doors are secure • Keep the Janitor closets and storage clean and organized Additional /Occasional responsibilities [ may add additional hours ] • Move furniture • Clean vacated Suites; wipe down surfaces, vacuum/mop, clean windows • Replace ceiling tiles • Additional cleaning & maintenance as needed Requirements: • Must be able to lift 50 pounds • Good verbal communication and responsive to direction through text • Ability to work individually and complete tasks in a timely manner Hours: 3 or 4 nights a week, 3 hours / night ( 12a to 3a) additional hours may be added, as needed Pay: $17.00 / hr
