Description

Join Peg Elliott as she teaches participants how to make knotted lacework called Tatting. Tatting is a portable and economical craft to learn and the style is more freeform than other types of lacemaking like bobbin or needle lace. Tatting can be used as decorative edging to clothing, as part of fiber jewelry and as a component of mixed media work and of course, traditional furniture doilies! No fiber experience required! Class time will be extended from 1.5 to 2 hours for instruction time. IN-PERSON! Class size is 10! Recommended for the local community in Wimberley, Texas. Supplies will provided at the beginning of class. If your plans change contact Craft LAB at [email protected] so that we can give your class SPOT to someone on the waitlist! After registering, you will receive an Eventbrite confirmation email. Craft LAB will email you a courtesy reminder on the Monday before class.
