Join Mountaineer fans and friends for this epic tailgate event ahead of the WVU vs. Texas game on October 1, 2022, in Austin, TX! With live music, gold and blue giveaways, and all of your favorite gameday traditions, we promise you won't want to miss this one. Where: The Corner of San Jacinto Blvd and 17th Street When: 3 Hours Prior to Kickoff Who: All Mountaineer Alumni, Fans & Friends Ticket costs include access to a catered Austin BBQ meal complete with sides, water and soft drinks, and two drink tickets per guest. Guests under 10 are welcome to attend for free. This event is hosted by the Austin Chapter of the WVU Alumni Association. Proceeds will support the chapter's student scholarship fund. Tickets will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices will increase, if capacity allows, for purchase at the door. The chapter will not be issuing refunds for unused tickets.
