Mr. Buster will update our attendees with plans for the initiative. William M. Buster is a North Carolina native who has built a career in the field of strategic philanthropy. As the Senior Vice President at Dogwood Health Trust based in Asheville, NC, he leads the impact team and provides oversight for the Foundation’s grantmaking and program-related investment strategies to ensure they achieve desired outcomes.
