Cockapoo in need of new home

We have a one year old cockapoo girl looking for a new home. Due to some behavioral issues, she’s not a fit for our family (believe me, we’ve tried). Her ideal home would be with either a single person or couple that enjoy the outdoors. She loves hiking, swimming, etc. she needs a home with no children. She loves other dogs outside of the home, but I don’t know how she’d react to living with another dog since she has been our only dog. She is crate trained, potty trained, knows how to sit, lay down, roll over, and shake. She is fully vaccinated and spayed. She is very intelligent and highly treat motivated.
