Hello! I'm looking for a unique rental situation in -- Walnut Creek / Lafayette / Alamo area -- where I'd be able to write / record some music as well (fairly quietly lol). I was raised in the area, I'm a male musician/songwriter that had been working in Nashville prior to the pandemic. I’m looking to set up a very modest home studio (super basic, mostly acoustic guitar/ keyboard based - quiet /no drums or big amps), and record some songs/compositions to license out and shop around. I'm hoping to find -- private house / cottage / guest house / in law unit / bungalow/ etc -- that would be conducive to this. 1 bdrm + office -- or -- 2 bdrm, w/ small private yard, outdoor area would be ideal. Furnished or unfurnished. I have one small very clean/fully house trained cat to take of as well. I'm able to afford up to $2500/mo., 6 mo lease or possibly longer.
