Capoeira Angola is a beautiful Afro-Brazilian art form that combines fight, rhythm, movement, music, philosophy, and so much more! Join Nico Zulu of N'golo Preto Velho de Mestre Themba Southern California to learn about the culture and art of Capoeira Angola in this 2 hour workshop and experiential music training which serves as a beautiful gateway into deeper realms of the Self, the Spirit, Ancestral Guidance, and Community. All ages, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome! - Classes meet in person each Friday at Waking Seed in Claremont, California. All aspects of class will cater to the students present, offering inclusive training options, no matter your experience level or needs! - Abundance Exchange: $15 per class. Discounted registration options are available for those who are interested in multi-class passes or wish to pay at a monthly rate. - What to Bring: Please dress in comfortable attire appropriate for physical activity, wearing closed-toed shoes and a shirt you are able to tuck in.
