Checking on the CCSO roster this morning, only to find that Stephanie Byington is still being housed here!? She was sentenced, yet my tax dollars are still paying for this killer! Granted, sentenced to 100+ years, but really? Dragging feet on this? It's too bad the neighbors didn't hear anything. But then again, section 8 walls are super thick! Shame!
