LESYA: Her Voice and Poetry Through Seven Strings will feature new repertoire by the award-winning Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus concert ensemble, led by Artistic Director and Conductor, Oleh Mahlay, set to the words of Lesya Ukrainka. Audiences will experience something absolutely revealing about Lesya Ukrainka, including her recorded voice, and shine light on this woman who stands in the pantheon of Ukrainian heroes.
