This will be a 3 hour seminar where you'll learn how to effectively strike an attacker, defend against bearhugs and other attacks, and will face an abduction scenario at the end of the training. The training will be realistic but safe at the same time. This is meant for both beginners and advanced students. Pay what you can to participate! All profit from this event will be donated to Casa Luz.
