BungalowFest is a tour of homes throughout Historic Kenwood and is a fundraiser for the Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Association. The event often draws over 1000 guests from all over St. Pete and beyond. Hosts are asked to open up their homes to ticket holders who will enjoy all the things these amazing homes have to offer - history, intrigue, creativity, warmth, charm and stories!
