AboutThe symposium is designed for mentor-mentee dyads, faculty development leaders interested in mentorship and increasing the success of mentees, individual mentors looking to improve their mentorship capabilities, and trainees or junior faculty members looking to get the most out of their mentoring relationships. The event includes a combination of lectures, panel discussions, question and answer sessions, and small group discussions.
The 2022 Mentorship Academy is hosted by the Michigan Medicine Department of Surgery and the University of Colorado Department of Medicine.
