Our management office is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time in this fast paced, dynamic, and upbeat environment. This position reports to the Director of Operations and Maintenance Lead. The person in this role performs a wide variety of maintenance duties setup for the property and general repairs. KEY DUTIES: Include, but not limited to the following: -Performs routine preventative maintenance duties for the property. -Assists Maintenance Lead in completing Maintenance Request Forms (MRFs). -Inspects, repairs, and replaces all parts and fixtures associated with the common area of the property, as needed. -Perform minor plumbing repairs. -Perform minor electrical repairs. -Perform basic carpentry work. -Repair and paint walls, ceilings, and doors. -Inspect and replace common area light bulbs. -Perform preventative maintenance on small motor equipment. -Perform minor repairs to sidewalks, curbing and pavement. -Paint/stripe parking lots. -Pressure washing. -Assists with a wide variety of marketing events. -Must be able to be on-call for emergencies and snow removal.
