Join us as we create a safe and supportive environment to connect with yourself and your emotions, finding that point of internal resistance and learning to move through it to find healing, and release from stress, anxiety, trauma, limiting beliefs, and more. Get a full body work out that allows for the mind body and spirit to become stronger and lighter. Release trauma from within the body through natural somatic release via intentionally choreographed movements.
