I'm a disabled person who lost a small breed dog Chihuahua mix with floppy ears. All black with a white chest white tipped paws. Some patches are bald on his rear end. No microchip, not neutered. I got him this week and he was all set up for those things, but he slipped out of his harness near harborview emergency room in Seattle and I have not seen him since the 14th
