We are a local and established roofing company. What The Hail Roofing (WTH Roofing) is looking for sales associates/ project managers. Sales requirements: Must be able to sell and close contracts (will train as necessary) Past sales experience desired but not necessary Must be energetic and have great people skills Must be self- motivated This is a commission based opportunity. Ability to provide some leads based on experience Pay can be up to 50% of Net Profit based on experience Company leads are paid at a flat rate of 35% Project Manager requirements: Have some knowledge of roofing materials (will train as necessary) Must be able to communicate the company's expectations with the installation crew Cannot be afraid to get on roof to do final walk through/inspection (single and two story roofs and some steep roofs, within reason) Able to handle management and usage of material so as to not have excessive/unused and open new material that will have to be thrown away in landfill.
