HOUSE 1 of 2 (1) Need vinyl siding installed and wood rot replaced. Must be insured. (2) Also have handyman punchiest work needed inside (you do not need to be insured for this, but always happy to work with individuals, crews, and companies that are): cutting and installing trim (1/4 round, base board, crown molding) re-grouting tiling installing vanity, mirror, and lights installing new exterior door installing hardware for interior door installing lights installing new vents cutting tile to make vent fit installing new exterior vents install molding kitchen island fix butcher block countertop at seam move furniture/load furniture Also looking for (must be insured): (3) Painting company (4) wood floor refinishing company House 2 of 2 kitchen install bathroom install insulation install attic cleanup drywall install (almost whole house) floor refinishing fan/light install tile flooring install patio floor install canned light and other lighting install You must have references we can call. If you have before and after photos on social media, that helps also. We have more projects coming soon. We normally work with contractors and subs and pay $25/hour ($52,000/year) - $35/hour ($72,000/year) for handyman, painters, and floor refinishers. For specialized work, including heavy plumbing and electrical we pay $35/hour ($72k/year) to $50/hour ($104k/year) We will work with individuals, small crews, large crews, and companies.
