Position: Full Time Maintenance Technician w/ Emergency ON CALL availability Job Overview: Established Facility Maintenance Company, looking for a Hard Working, Full Time Technician with a work load consisting of carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing and Tile and Grout cleaning. Most work will be at Night. Technician also needs to be available on a Biweekly basis to perform Emergency Bio Hazard clean-up duties on an “ON CALL” basis. On the job training Requirements: -Ability to respond to Emergency Clean up jobs with a 90 minute response time -Can work in a fast paced environment with possible last minute schedule changes -Impeccable Customer Service and good communication skills with customer base and HY-VAC Management -Must have a current drivers license with a clean record -Majority is evening work Compensation: -Hire on BONUS -Payouts for further employee referrals - $20.00 to 25.00 per hour (Pay periods are the 1st and 15th of the month) -Paid Vacation and holidays once qualified -$120.00 commission per Emergency “On Call Job” (most Emergency clean ups do not take more than 30 minutes of actual work time) -401k plans if qualifications have been met
