Description

Immediate opening for a on-site cleaning person/porter. The cleaning person/porter will deep clean vacant apartments, which will include: **cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, **washing windows, sliding glass doors, blinds, and ceiling fans, **sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, **removing trash. The cleaner/porter is also responsible for maintaining a neat appearance of the fitness room, pool area, clubhouse, and offices. The cleaner/porter picks up trash in the common areas and parking lot of the community. The cleaner/porter assists with basic maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, replacing a/c filters, and painting, etc. This is a full-time position. Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
