ABOUT US Romex Pest Control is a fully licensed service that has been serving Southern Utah’s residents for 10 years. We spray pest and weed services to 100’s of residential and commercial locations. Generally we do a new project everyday and have a great customer base that we visit regularly. Our customer base is extremely loyal. Most of the new business we get is referral based or recurring customer upgrades. Romex services Kanab, Enterprise and of course Saint George surrounding areas. We are a small family business which is the core of Romex’s culture with employees and customers. JOB DUTIES The Route Manager position we are hiring for is based on ability. This job is extremely easy but one you have to pay attention to. We are willing to grow the right person in helping them get licensed and fully independent to run their route as desired. We have found our Employees have thrived more when we support them running their route. Rather than if Romex tells you what to do everyday. For these reasons we are looking for some that are not willing to let their customers down and build a good relationship with them. The job involves. -Mixing material to product specifications -Maintain a clean vehicle and notify about Romex for servicing -Drive a route using google maps -Stay on schedule (for customer) -Upgrade customers and/or fill out new agreements -Walk properties all day REQUIREMENTS Based on the duties you will be doing, these are the requirements that will best serve our customers and make your life awesome! Romex will take good care of you as part of our business family! -Valid Driver’s License -A Working Phone -Pest control service license (Romex will help you obtain yours for the right person) -Be an honest and down to earth person. People like that COMPENSATION If you don’t have a pest control license I will start you out at 14$/hour during training. Trainer will be teaching you the route and process of mixing products. If you are good, Romex LOVES to reward our employees. We often raise our employee’s above $18/hour once you are comfortable running a route on your own. When you obtain your pest applicator license Romex will offer you a percentage of every job you service! Which is around $25-$30/ hour. Plus you can make sales & sales upgrade commission!
