Description

We need to demolish 1 room by the order of the LADBS. It will be just tearing out the torched roof later and 2 side walls, inside dry walls/ insulation Do not touch the frame as yet! This should be a quick 3-4 hr max. You will need to bring the proper demolition tools - saw, sledge hammer. Minimum 3 years in construction & demo. There is a squatter inside so we need to start later when he leaves for his job. Thus we must approach from the outside/exterior only. All trashes must be fully clean out and place in the front trashbin in the front yard for the task to be considered completed for payment.
