ISO Recommendations on Buying Student Guitars

I'm gonna be giving guitar lessons at our Church and I have a couple of young people that don't have guitars or a means to get them so I'm shopping for 2 guitars. Since the guitars are loaners and the lessons are free, I don't wanna spend a ton of money but I don't wanna buy something hard to play and that won't stay in tune or last. Looking for full size dreadnought, don't care whether it has a pickup or not, and hoping to buy ones with a gig bag. So far I've seen Yamahas without gig bags in the 200.00 and up range, Carlo Robello with a bag for about 150.00, Epiphones for about 150.00, etc. I would appreciate any recommendations or advice you can give....Thank you
