Saw you Fri morning walking out a house down from mine

This morning I was getting in my car to leave for work, and I noticed this guy walking out of the house down from mine. He was looking my way. I am a guy too. He was of Latino or maybe Middle Eastern disent. I have never seen him before as the house he came out of just sold. He was driving a very nice white car. I am a white guy.
