Description
As a Field Laborer you will be responsible for the physical construction of residential and commercial post-frame buildings. You will be required to work 40+ hours per week with travel.
Essential Functions:
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs., continuously throughout the day.
• Must be able to climb ladders, continuously throughout the day. Must be able to perform work while standing on ladders.
• Must be able to frame and sheet buildings from the ground to the roof up to (but not limited to) approximately 40 feet above ground.
• Must be able to work on roofs, at a steep elevation, continuously throughout the day.
• Must be able to utilize personal hand tools including (but not limited to) a hammer, tape measure, tool bag/pouch and speed square.

• Must be able to travel to job sites.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience constructing post-frame buildings.
• Must possess good decision-making skills.
• Must be reliable and trustworthy.
