Place 5' base cabinet. Add 7' Formica and support for 2x2 refrigerator. Install sink in Formica top and place sump pump under it. Extend 1/2" hot/cold CPVC to sink and 1-1/2 sump pump drain by way of drop ceiling. Average length 20'. Extend existing electrical outlets to below counter outlet and above counter GFI.
