Team Leader and Installer - Lighting Company

We are a family owned lighting business. We already have a large customer base for Christmas season lighting and are expanding our year-round services. We are hiring a full-time Team Leader and Installer to work with and oversee another small team of lighting installation assistants. You must be comfortable climbing up and down ladders, working on roofs, able to lift up to 65 lbs, keep your team members on task and productive, interface professionally with our customers and prioritize a high level of customer service. Previous experience is helpful, but required. We will provide all training. We want to hire someone who will perform at a high levels for the rest of 2022 and earn the opportunity to grow our company with us in 2023! That means showing up early for work, being dependable, ready to jump in wherever needed and much more. Earn up to $25 per hour, depending on experience. You must have a valid CA Driver License, be able to pass a background and DMV checks, as well as possible drug screens.
