Carpenters: Framing and Finish for ADU Build

Looking for a framing and finish work team to build a 500sf one bedroom one bathroom ADU in Folsom. * Framing, including trusses, exterior plywood sheathing and rigid foam, and installation of doors and windows. * Cabinet install in kitchen and bathroom vanity. * Finish doors, casing, baseboard, hardware, closet rods/shelves. I'm looking for a price for labor only so you don't need to come up with a materials list until you're assured of the job. Breaking ground mid-November. Licensed contractors must cover employees with worker's comp insurance and hold current liability insurance. You don't need to be licensed, but if you're not, you will need your team to be hired on as employees under our general contracting company so we can cover you with worker's comp and liability insurance, and we will pay wages and take out taxes.
