We advertise many home improvements for all homeowners with affordable financing. We are currently in the process of searching for a head roofer who can take lead on the job site and instruct the team throughout the entire process of re-roofing. Requirements needed in order to be considered for this position include 5 years of experience in roofing Knowledge of all types of roofs and how to install different types of roofs include: (Comp, Tile, Metal, etc.) Knowledge of diagnosing a roof Knowledge on how to tear off, spot dry rot, replace gutters, downspouts, and fascia boards. Knowledge on how to cover all shiners Reliable transportation with tool and equipment space available. Great Customer Service Able to communicate with customers about the type of roof going on the home and be able to discuss the overall process with them or answer any questions the homeowner may have for the roofer. We are offering $50 per square as payment to the lead roofer for every job they are able to take on and complete.
