We are a local Buffalo Property Management Company looking to hire a FULL TIME local Handyman for help with Property Management and Maintenance in Buffalo and Western New York Area. We are looking for a reliable experienced Person for apartment turnovers and repair tasks on the interior and exterior of our apartments. Strong work ethic and home repair knowledge are important parts of this job. RESPONSIBILITIES - Cleaning - Painting - Drywall - Plumbing - Light Electrical - Lock changes - Window Repairs - Flooring - Landscaping We will pay for GAS and MATERIALS. SKILLS Proven experience as handyman Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems Basic math skills Good communication ability Well-organized and apt in problem-solving Attention to detail QUALIFICATIONS - MUST HAVE REFERENCES - GREAT COMMUNICATION - 3+ years Experience - Own vehicle - Own tools - Able to use a Phone App STARTS IMMEDIATELY Thanks for your interest!
