We are seeking a motivated individual who has knowledge of maintenance to make apartment homes rent ready. The following is a list of skills we need to do this job. • Experience in painting interior and drywall repairs. • Basic electrical: Troubleshoot and repair, replace or install circuits, switches, fuses, wall sockets, install lighting, ceiling fans, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors. • Basic plumbing; repair, replace or install faucets, pipes, change out/ assist with water heaters installations, install toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers. • General maintenance, some cleaning required. Two years minimum experience as a maintenance technician Good communication skills. Must speak and write English. Self-starter able to work independently, punctual and reliable. Reliable transportation preferably pick-up truck or van Clean driving record, cell phone and email capability Carry basic maintenance tools, must travel to various job sites in San Fernando, Long Beach and Bellflower areas.
