I'm looking for experienced construction / trades people to help finish a house flip in NE Portland (Near 33rd and Sandy Blvd.) You: • Are vaccinated • Have construction and/or remodeling experience • Love this kind of work • Non-smoker during the workday • Responsible • Strong work ethic Me: • Vaccinated & Boosted • CA licensed general contractor, previously an electrical contractor • 35 years experienced craftsman, LV electrician, finish/trim carpenter • Detail-oriented • Easygoing, responsible, family man, father of two. The work: I’m offering a pleasant, mostly indoor, work environment, where you’ll have an opportunity to learn old techniques, refine your skills, make beautiful things, and get paid very well for your time and efforts. Work hours are from 7:30AM to about 5:30PM Monday through Friday. - Weekends are also available if you want extra hours.
