His name is Shadow and he’s an all black med-Long haired petite little guy. Super shy but might come to you if you sit down and calmly call him. Please reach out of your see him. He may have run away as long ago as Tuesday but more likely Wednesday near SW Alice st and Capital highway outside Multnomah village. Probably already ditched his collar and should be chipped.
