Job description Security Public Storage Company Overview Security Public Storage (SPS) is a family-owned and operated self-storage company with 50+ self-storage facilities located in California, Oregon, Nevada, Maryland & Virginia. Job Summary We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to assist with facility and maintenance needs for our Modesto and Central Valley locations, Tuesday through Saturday. Qualifications and Skills Qualified applicants should have ALL of the following competencies and skillsets: Landscaping Irrigation Painting Plumbing Electrical Concrete/asphalt Framing Metalwork Facility Maintenance Must have a valid Driver's License, own Vehicle, and Insurance. Must be willing to drive to facilities around the Modesto Area (5 days a week) ***Must own dependable vehicle with insurance & California driver's license*** Qualified applicants should email their resumes with a description of their strongest skill sets.
