There’s a pretty pigeon that’s been staying around the Westbury SD administration building since Tuesday 9/13. It’s mostly white with a few black spots, and some green leakage. Red legs and feet. Seems tame has a white plastic band with numbers/letters on its right leg. It’s alone. Comes down to graze on plants and lawn. Follows people then flies back up to the roof. Tried to catch it to get band ID. No luck.
