My Mothers Wallet with her Scapular Necklace was Stolen- Please Return

Hello, I appreciate a moment of your time. Yesterday 9/15 around 2:30pm at Trader Joes in Fremont Ca, my mother had her Small black Lug wallet stolen out of her purse while shopping by a male in his 40s with dark hair. He engaged with conversation and took it once my mother turned to grab items from the shelf. They immediately went next-door to Safeway and started making charges and also at Nordstrom Rack in SF. In her wallet was her green Scapular necklace which means the world to her. This necklace was given to her by her grandma during a revolution. This necklace has been in her hands for prayer during every single life event since the revolution and it would mean the world to her if it could be returned. The necklace is only worth $1-2 but to her it means so much more. Please share this story because I am asking the person who stole her wallet please mail my mothers Scapular necklace to the address on her ID that was in her wallet. I am not looking to get anyone in trouble I am just looking to get my mothers necklace returned. Wallet may be in Fremont Hub Shopping center or in SF Nordstrom Rack area if they dumped it.
