We're seeking a maintenance technician who will be responsible for the upkeep of our multi-family community. Responsibilities include diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, preparing units for new tenants, completing service requests in a timely manner, and general housekeeping/groundskeeping ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents and visitors. Must have excellent communication skills and customer service with experience and knowledge in: Electrical HVAC Drywall Plumbing servicing appliances. Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday On call shifts A valid driver’s license along personal vehicle is required.
