Job description The Manager is responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility, ensuring the highest level of facility cleanliness and exceptional customer service. · Promote and lease self-storage units and parking spaces while maintaining the highest level of professionalism through proper use of words, actions and appearance. · Assist customers with lease changes, payments and all other services offered under the customers’ leases in accordance to company rules and guidelines. · Maintain the upmost of cleanliness on the assigned property, including, but not limited to, landscaping, painting, trash removal, bathroom cleanliness, office appearance, etc. · Handle customer inquiries and provide conflict resolution in a timely, courteous and effective manner while representing the company in a positive and professional manner through words, actions and appearance. Involve Property General Manager when appropriate.
